Customer Council Participation
We have some simple rules regarding Customer Council participation:

Members participate in The Innovation Ranch Customer Council to provide expertise to help shape the product offerings that fill gaps in the corporate IT ecosystem, identify functionality gaps, provide guidance on specific product requirements, and vet potential solutions.

All discussions between The Innovation Ranch and Customer Council members are confidential. We can execute The Ranch standard mutual NDA or use acceptable mutual NDAs from Council member firms.

Council members do not advise the associated Innovation Ranch VC fund, which has its own investment committee.

Council members offer inputs that would directly benefit their firms regardless of whether they plan to consider, pilot or purchase the eventual product.

There is no other obligation on Council members outside of this advisory role.

Council members are not materially compensated for this role.

Council members are disclosed to each other and to people directly involved with The Innovation Ranch. External disclosure only upon explicit consent of the member.
